1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Crimsondawn's AI consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Services Description

Crimsondawn provides AI technology consulting services including but not limited to:

• AI-driven event planning consultation and implementation
• Operations optimization through artificial intelligence
• Strategic AI implementation planning and execution
• Custom AI solution development and integration

3. Consultation Process

Our services begin with a qualification review process. After submitting a contact form, our sales team will review your request and determine if your project aligns with our service capabilities. Qualified prospects will be contacted within 24-48 hours.

4. Service Agreements

Specific terms for each consulting engagement will be outlined in separate service agreements. These may include project scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms specific to your engagement.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms vary based on the service package selected:

• Hourly consulting services are billed monthly
• Project-based services may require milestone payments
• Enterprise engagements will have custom payment schedules

6. Intellectual Property

All custom solutions, methodologies, and intellectual property developed specifically for your project will be owned by you upon full payment. Crimsondawn retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing intellectual property.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, business processes, and proprietary data. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) may be executed for sensitive projects.

8. Limitation of Liability

Crimsondawn's liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our consulting services.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify our services, pricing, and terms with 30 days' notice to existing clients. Changes will not affect ongoing projects under signed agreements.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate consulting agreements with written notice as specified in individual service contracts. Termination does not relieve payment obligations for services already rendered.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Midland County, Texas.
